FanaaYet another sunset
Yet another vignette
Wreck and wreckage-
Of yellow colors
And scarlet fevers
Break and breakage-
Of smoked mirrors
And old cassettes
Waste and wastage-
Of torn pages
And red velvets
Yet another sunset
Yet another last text!

Fanaa ~ an Urdu word which means to destroy, to annihilate. In Sufism, the word is used for extinction of the self
